Reporting to the Credit Bureaus

Monthly reports are made to the credit bureaus by Indiana Finance Company. The bureaus we report to are TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, the three most prominent credit bureaus in the nation.

In the event there is a question regarding the information on your credit report, please contact an account manager at our office to discuss the situation. If there is an issue we can send a corrected report to the credit bureau that may appear within several days. Alternatively, you may file a dispute with the credit bureaus themselves to ensure they receive the information, though we would prefer to attempt to correct it for you first. Disputes can be made through the credit bureau's websites: www.transunion.com, www.experian.com and www.equifax.com.

Under Federal Law we are required to provide you with notice that we may report information regarding your account to the credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report.
