If there is an issue we can send a corrected report to the credit bureau that may appear within several days. Alternatively, you may file a dispute with the credit bureaus themselves to ensure they receive the information, though we would prefer to attempt to correct it for you first. Disputes can be made through the credit bureau's websites: www.transunion.com, www.experian.com and www.equifax.com.
Under Federal Law we are required to provide you with notice that we may report information regarding your account to the credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report.
